Launch Biz Ready (legally Ready Set Online LLC, doing business as Launch Biz Ready, “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through launchbizready.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. When you book a call through our scheduling links, Calendly collects your name, email, and the appointment details you provide. When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver your project, such as business details and content you share with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and our WordPress software may collect standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address, and may set cookies necessary for the site to function. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, as described in the next section.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to measure how our website is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on a shortened (anonymized) IP address. We use this information only in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use Google’s advertising features.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it to servers in the United States. You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using a browser with tracking protection. The site will continue to work normally if you do.

Apart from Google Analytics and the cookies needed for the site to function, we do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we rely on

Your information is processed by a small set of tools we use to run the business: Hostinger (website hosting), WordPress with WPForms and All in One SEO (our website, contact form, and search engine settings), Google Analytics (website statistics), Calendly (appointment scheduling), and Google (email and video calls via Google Meet). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, and we choose established providers with strong security practices.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and client communications for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. Google Analytics data is retained for the standard period set in our Analytics account (currently 14 months) and then deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California), including the right to object to analytics processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@launchbizready.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted clearly.
