These terms govern your use of launchbizready.com and the services offered by Ready Set Online LLC, doing business as Launch Biz Ready (“we,” “us”). By using this website or hiring us, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you engage our services.

Our services

We provide website design and launch services, AI setup and automation services, writing, copywriting, and book mentoring, and design services including book covers, illustrations, and logos. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project are agreed in writing (by email or proposal) before work begins, and that written agreement controls if it differs from anything on the website.

Quotes, payment, and revisions

• Package prices on the website are starting points; your written quote is the binding price.
• Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after an agreed deposit or first payment is received.
• Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in it. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately before we do the work.
• Monthly services (such as ongoing management or mentoring) can be canceled by either party with written notice before the next billing period.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials, access, and feedback we reasonably need to complete your project, and you confirm that anything you supply (text, images, brand assets) is yours to use. Timelines depend on receiving your feedback within a reasonable time.

Deliverables and ownership

When your project is fully paid, you receive the final deliverables cleared for full commercial use as described in your package. Our design work may incorporate modern AI-assisted tools directed and refined by us; where elements of a deliverable are machine-generated, the copyright protection available for those elements may be limited under current law, and authors publishing on platforms such as Amazon KDP are responsible for meeting those platforms’ disclosure requirements. We are transparent about our process and will answer any question about how your deliverable was made.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

What we do not promise

We promise professional, careful work. We cannot promise specific business outcomes, such as sales, rankings, or follower growth, because those depend on factors beyond our control. Services and website content are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

Third-party services

Our website links to third-party tools such as Calendly for booking. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties before other remedies are pursued.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the current one. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
